The role
As a Creative Support Designer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. In this role you will be a key member of the Reframe Programme team and exposed to a wide range of functions and stakeholders.
Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for working within the Reframe Programme Team to create graphic designs and other visual materials to be released to the staff and stakeholders, as well as:
- Designing communication content that engages, winning the ‘hearts and minds’ of our employees, contributing towards the cultural shift and growth mind-set
- Identifying the need for visual and written communications
- Producing visual designs and written documentation that meets recipients’ needs
- Owning the design of in-house presentation visuals and documentation style guides
- Producing designs and documentation that meet internal users’ needs and that turn sometimes complex narratives into clear communication pieces
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides very flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Experience of the Creative Support Designer:
- Experience in writing, editing and publishing digital content
- Strong understanding of user experience design and how content plays a role in the overall user journey
- Graphic design and the technical requirements of front-end development
- Someone who has a forward thinking approach to their work
