Job Description
Starkflow is hiring a Java Architect with Camunda experience for a 12-month contract position at Hitachi in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications using Camunda BPM, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Vue.js; creating scalable, secure APIs; architecting and optimizing PostgreSQL databases; managing Azure cloud services; performing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing; implementing OAuth-based authentication; designing scalable microservices; configuring Log4j/SLF4J and monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana; and optimizing assets using Grunt and Gulp. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience.
Must have:
- Java, Camunda BPM
- Spring Boot, Hibernate, Vue.js
- API development, Microservices
- PostgreSQL, Azure
- JUnit, Mockito, Selenium

Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Camunda BPM, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Vue.js.
- Create scalable, secure APIs for integration with front-end, third-party systems, and microservices.
- Architect and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and ensure data integrity.
- Manage Azure cloud services for application deployment, scaling, and optimization.
- Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using JUnit, Mockito, and Selenium.
- Implement OAuth-based authentication, JSON handling, and security best practices.
- Design scalable microservices solutions adhering to best practices and patterns.
- Configure Log4j/SLF4J and monitor using Prometheus and Grafana for real-time tracking.
- Optimize assets using Grunt and Gulp for a seamless web application performance.
