Gamesight empowers the industry’s top game makers through data, technology, and experiences.
Gamesight builds technology to help kickass games find commercial success. We do this by empowering game publishers with data so they can better understand their community, players, and game performance. We specialize in Measurement & Attribution, Influencer Activations, Creator Programs, and Creator-Led Playtests, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each game at every stage of its lifecycle.
About this Role
Creator Program Managers aren’t afraid to jump into the fray and make things happen. We are looking for doers who are interested in taking a vision and running with it! In this role, you will build and maintain a healthy creator community for an exciting collection of games, including some upcoming releases and expansions. You’ll operate as the bridge between the game developer and their creator base, finding ways to encourage content generation and helping creators get opportunities. As a Creator Program Manager, you will help build creative strategy, organize community events, manage fun creative activations, and constantly be looking for new ways to showcase creators in your community!
You will work with our creator programs team to not only build the framework of the program, but to see it through and continue evolving it as it grows. You’ll be using our proprietary Gamesight platform, which includes all the tools necessary to run the program and campaigns at scale. While these tools will help you, creator program management is not for the faint of heart. You’ll be communicating with creators and representatives for this game across a wide range of tools: email, Skype, Discord, WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Twitter, Basecamp, BlooshChat. Okay, BlooshChat isn’t real, but the rest are, and you WILL get DMs on them!
Ultimately, you’ll work with content creators on Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and more to help spread the word about these games’ amazing new features and updates.
What you'll do:
- Establish and grow a vibrant and diverse creator community.
- Drive strategic program ideation and initiatives.
- Work with the customer’s internal marketing team to provide creative ideas for activations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the content creator community, and make recommendations on strategy based on your knowledge.
- Run influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including choosing the right influencers for the product or event and backing your choices up with data.
- Recruit and mobilize thousands of influencers to promote our customer’s games.
- Review and vet creator applications.
- Answer questions and start conversations with creators, providing excellent creator support and driving engagement.
- Build, own, and organize communications & relations with our network of influencers, and provide coverage for other program managers outside of their time zones.
- Distribute game keys and marketing assets to creators and create social posts that match the customer’s branding and voice, all while keeping an eye on approaching deadlines.
- Work with the rest of the Gamesight team to keep them informed of campaign progress and roadblocks.
- Ensure we are delivering high-quality content and results that meet our customer’s goals and efficiently utilize their budget.
- Learn about different content styles on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch, as well as the economics of influencer marketing.
Who you'll work with:
- You’ll have the support of your other Creator Program team members
- You’ll work directly with the customer’s team, attending regular sync calls, communicating daily, and staying up to date on everything coming down the pipeline.
- You’ll work alongside our Influencer Campaign Managers and additional supporting staff to plan and execute paid campaigns.
- You’ll work closely with our Data Analysts to generate comprehensive talent discoveries and post-campaign reporting for our customers.
- Expect to sit with our Developers, Marketing team, and Solutions Engineers to help you understand and improve the product. You might work directly with those folks to develop collateral material or create automation.
