The CSP Product Support Engineer will provide technical and product support for Communications Service Providers and other customers utilizing the Wind River Cloud Platform. Responsibilities include technical/product support, deployment and integration support, upgrades and patching, and recovering systems during outages. The role also involves solution and software validation, account support, and developing methods and procedures. The engineer is expected to become a product expert for internal and external customers. The candidate will be working and collaborating with engineers and technicians at all levels, including management layers, across multiple product lines. The engineers get to interface and work with cross-organizational teams in understanding and providing for customer’s needs, wants and pain points, seeing first-hand what drives the business success today and tomorrow.
