Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, Delivery at Tesla's Tilburg hub, you'll be the welcoming face for customers picking up their new vehicles. Responsibilities include checking in customers, verifying documents, handling trade-in cars, maintaining the customer lounge, merchandising sales, uploading documentation, and managing the central mailbox. You'll need strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential, along with a valid Dutch driver's license. The role requires excellent organizational and administrative skills, ensuring a smooth and positive delivery experience for each customer.

Must have:

What to Expect

As a Receptionist, you are the first face of our Tesla Delivery hub in Tilburg. With your customer-oriented and professional demeanor, you provide new customers who will pick up there new car a warm welcome. You are the first point of contact for all new customers. You will be entrusted with a diverse range of tasks, and it is important that you are resilient under stress and skilled at prioritizing. Performing versatile administrative tasks. Your goal is to assist every person in the most appropriate manner.
