Job Description

The Customer Support Team Manager at LSEG in Manila will lead a team of support specialists to deliver excellent customer experience and achieve departmental goals. The role involves monitoring and evaluating case management, proactively investigating issues, and acting as the first level escalation point. The manager will be accountable for the team's performance, ensure the team's knowledge remains relevant, and lead projects to improve performance metrics. The manager will also build internal relationships and network with key teams. The ideal candidate must understand capital markets and related technology and have a cross-functional team-based approach.
Must have:
  • Experience leading an Operations team from a Financial Services firm.
  • Capital Markets experience is required.
  • Proven track record in driving performance.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Capacity to learn complex processes and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Qualification from, or membership with professional bodies such as CFA, CISI and CAIA is an advantage.

Job Details

LSEG in Manila is looking for proactive and dynamic operations specialist managers to join our international team. The candidate’s primary role is to provide a successful team of trade and technical support executives for FXAll.

The ideal candidate understands capital markets and related technology. They take ownership of their team’s performance, as well as possess a cross-functional team-based approach towards meeting departmental goals. They know what it takes to make each member of their team successful. They are proponents of continuous learning and change. They can quickly learn new technology, industry trends and updates.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage a cross-functional team of support specialists and live operations specialists.

  • Conduct coaching to deliver excellent customer experience and achieve departmental goals.

  • Monitor and evaluate case management and markets monitoring based on internal quality guidelines.

  • Proactively investigate issues and follow through with necessary actions.

  • Act as the first level escalation point for the team.

  • Accountable for team’s performance and own deliverables.

  • Ensure level of knowledge remains relevant to product and industry.

  • Ensure alignment across LSEG FX Operations teams.

  • Lead projects to improve overall performance metrics.

  • Build internal relationships & network with key teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading an Operations team from a Financial Services firm or account.

  • Capital Markets experience is required.

  • Proven track record in driving performance.
