This is a remote position.

As a Demand Generation Executive, you will be the driving force behind our lead generation efforts. This is a high-impact role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute cutting-edge demand generation strategies that directly contribute to our growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build and optimize multi-channel campaigns that attract, engage, and convert our target audience. What You’ll Do:

Strategic Campaign Development:
1. Craft and implement innovative demand generation strategies across digital platforms, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target key personas.
3. Continuously test, measure, and refine campaigns to optimize performance.

Lead Generation & Conversion:
1. Execute Campaigns to generate leads and book meetings.
2. Ensure a steady flow of Qualified leads into the pipeline
3. Analyze lead quality and campaigns performance to enhance effectiveness.
4. Maintain and enhance SLAs for lead response times
5. Demonstrated experience in hunting for RFP deals

Content Creation & Management:
1. Work closely with the content team to create compelling marketing assets, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, eBooks, and infographics that resonate with our target audience.
2. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.

Event & Webinar Management:
1. Lead the planning and execution of webinars, virtual events, and in-person conferences, ensuring they are engaging and yield high-quality leads.
2. Partner with sales to develop post-event follow-up strategies that effectively convert event leads.

CRM & Reporting
1. Maintain CRM Hygiene to ensure proper reporting
2. Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and report on all demand generation activities, providing insights that guide future strategy.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, ideally in a tech or software development environment.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing outbound campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to execute personalization at scale for effective outreach
  • Skilled in balancing quality and quantity to achieve optimal effectiveness
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
