This role is a Digital Account Manager focused on the Norwegian market, working within Microsoft's Small, Medium, Corporate (SMC) and Digital Sales organization. Responsibilities include prioritizing accounts, orchestrating resources to achieve revenue targets, identifying and qualifying opportunities, driving adoption and cross-selling/upselling, staying current on Microsoft offerings, and developing/implementing plans to build product and solution expertise. The role involves collaboration with internal and external teams, building relationships, and leveraging partners to scale business. The position offers flexibility with up to 50% or 100% remote work options.
Must have:
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English

As a Digital Account Executive serving the Norwegian Market, you will facilitate Microsoft to better serve our SMC-Corporate managed clients to realize their potential and help them on their Digital Transformation journey.

Qualifications

  • Fluency at a professional level in Norwegian and English is essential.
  • 6+ years of sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing or related field AND 4+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience with year-over-year growth
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND 3+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work
    • OR equivalent experience


Responsibilities

 

  • You determine the priority for each account in the portfolio, identify and orchestrate resources and sales plays to execute against prioritization, and help customers drive value from existing Microsoft investments.
  • You collaborate with others, both internally across teams and externally to Microsoft to achieve revenue targets.
  • You identify and qualify opportunities and pursue through lifecycle and drive adoption through to cross-sell/upsell to new opportunities.
  • You stay up to date on Microsoft offers and solutions, using knowledge to engage with customers and with internal teams.
  • You develop and implement a plan to build and maintain product and solution expertise.
  • You develop relationships across an extended team and embraces partners to scale business; ensures sales consumption and adoption goals on target.
