Job Description

The Digital Business Consultant will be responsible for the daily management of a client portfolio and for managing the delivery of Digital Media services to clients. This role involves defining, implementing, and optimizing digital media strategies. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams (Intelligence, Media Development, and Measurement) to ensure effective delivery of Media Experience (Mx) services and maximize the performance of digital campaigns. Responsibilities include developing digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok, preparing detailed reports, managing client relationships, and leading a team of planners. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media planning and strong communication skills.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media planning.
  • Academic background in Management, Marketing, or similar.
  • Knowledge of planning stages: research, strategy, negotiation, etc.
  • Proficiency in digital analysis tools like Google Analytics and Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of Yumi and AdLog.

O/A Digital Business Consultant será responsável pela gestão diária de um portefólio de clientes e pela gestão da entrega dos serviços de Digital Media aos clientes.

Sobre a posição:

O/A Digital Business Consultant será responsável pela gestão diária de um portefólio de clientes, com foco na definição, implementação e otimização de estratégias de media digital. Este papel envolve a articulação entre os clientes e as equipas internas de Intelligence, Media Development e Measurement, assegurando a entrega eficaz dos serviços de Media Experience (Mx) e a maximização do desempenho das campanhas digitais.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver estratégias de marketing digital, incluindo definição de objetivos, públicos-alvo, canais, tipos de compra e KPIs.

  • Demonstrar conhecimento em campanhas de paid media digital (paid search, paid social, compra direta, e-retail media, afiliação e outros formatos relevantes).

  • Colaborar na configuração e gestão de campanhas em plataformas como Google, Meta, TikTok, entre outras, assegurando o cumprimento das melhores práticas.

  • Monitorizar e otimizar campanhas digitais para garantir eficácia e alinhamento com os objetivos definidos.

  • Elaborar relatórios detalhados com análises quantitativas e qualitativas dos resultados das campanhas.

  • Gerir a relação com clientes e equipas internas, assegurando a sua satisfação e o sucesso das campanhas.

  • Liderar uma equipa de planeadores, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e orientado para resultados.

Requisitos

  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em planeamento de media digital.

  • Formação académica em Gestão, Marketing, Publicidade ou área similar.

  • Conhecimento das várias fases do planeamento: pesquisa, estratégia, negociação, compra, acompanhamento, otimização e faturação.

  • Domínio de ferramentas de análise e planeamento digital, como Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, entre outras.

  • Excelentes competências de comunicação escrita e verbal, com fluência em inglês.

  • Conhecimentos de Yumi e AdLog serão valorizados.

  • Capacidade de adaptação, proatividade e gestão eficaz de projetos.

  • Experiência em liderança e gestão de equipas, com capacidade para motivar e orientar profissionais.
