(NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company.We are seeking an enthusiastic Integrated Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing and paid acquisition efforts for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality. This role is responsible for assisting with the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across various media platforms such as Paid Search and Paid Social to maximize revenue, fan engagement, and brand awareness.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Paid Media & Performance Marketing (70%) and Sr Manager, Digital & Social Content (30%) you will collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to optimize return on ad spend and efficiently allocate media budgets across multiple regions. The role of the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to be the day-to-day steward on the account’s media and communication needs. A successful candidate has the ability to juggle multiple projects and should be driven, detail-oriented, a strong collaborator, and excited for this rare opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the development, execution, and optimization of global performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube) to achieve campaign KPIs.
Monitor campaign pacing and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROAS while meeting CPA and conversion targets.
Troubleshoot discrepancies and perform QA on ad operations to ensure flawless execution and accurate analytics tracking.
Assist in publishing content across various digital and social platforms.
Support community management efforts by engaging with audiences across social media channels.
Collaborate with CX, Email, and other marketing teams to deliver optimal customer responses and enhance overall customer experience.
Assist in budget reporting, media flowchart development, status reporting, invoice clearing, and payment approval processes.
Collect and manage creative specification sheets to ensure timely and accurate delivery to Creative teams prior to production.
Partner closely with marketing and creative teams to confirm that all creative assets and specifications are accurate and ready for execution.
Conduct competitive benchmarking to evaluate FIFA World Cup 26™ campaigns relative to industry trends and identify opportunities for increased visibility and engagement.
Contribute to other cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to improve marketing effectiveness and introduce innovative strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance media
Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, META Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads. Experience with global analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
Excellent Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising best practices
Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up like environment in office and remotely
Agency experience is a plus
