Job Summary
Job Description
WeMoms seeks a Digital Communication/Influence Intern to join its Influence x Event team. Responsibilities include monitoring UGC campaigns, moderating app comments, recruiting moms for product testing and brand partnerships, managing recruitment listings (moms & experts), coordinating with partners for product distribution, organizing giveaways, updating Notion calendars, and tracking departmental expenses. The intern will work closely with Account Managers and may have additional event-related tasks. The ideal candidate is studying digital marketing/communication or a related field, has an interest in parenting and community engagement, possesses strong organizational and writing skills, and is proficient with collaborative tools. Prior experience in community management or partnership coordination is a plus.

WeMoms is looking for its next Digital Communication / Influence intern! The role is essential, the mission is diverse, and the responsibilities are significant.
Role
As a digital communication project intern, you will be part of the Influence x Event team and will work primarily with the Account Managers.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring UGC-style campaigns between WeMoms and partners (coordination, reporting).
- Moderating comments on the app to ensure a respectful and high-quality community exchange.
- Recruiting Moms for product testing and brand partnerships.
- Updating and managing recruitment listings (Moms & experts).
- Recruiting experts for UGC-style formats: Story Expert and AlloWeMoms.
- Coordinating with partners to send products to Mom testers.
- Organizing and managing giveaways (rules, winner selection, follow-up).
- Updating the Notion calendar in connection with the back office to ensure smooth organization of ongoing actions.
- Tracking departmental expenses and current invoices for communication with the accounting department.
Additional event-related responsibilities may be assigned depending on your involvement and the team’s needs.
Skills
- Studying in digital marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Interest in parenting field, motherhood, and engaging communities.
- Strong organizational and writing skills.
- Comfortable with collaborative tools (Notion, Google Suite, social media…).
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and proactiveness.
- Previous experience in community management or partnership coordination is a plus.
