Within an existing team (human-sized) and under the direct responsibility of the Game Director, your main missions will be: to immerse yourself in the project vision, understand the creative dimension and the existing Game Design, then share this vision with the team (artists, gameplay programmers, ...); integrate production constraints into your thinking, and transform them into assets to support the team and optimize developments; lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas or find innovative Game Design solutions; transform the selected ideas into solid, detailed and coherent designs; test the functionalities as soon as they are designed, adjust quickly and ensure that the implementation is faithful to the initial intention; anticipate technical and creative challenges, and propose innovative solutions to integrate each new functionality while preserving the balance of the game; maintain living and clear documentation for the client and the project team from the first draft to the final version of the game; collaborate with the Game Director to verify that the project vision is respected and with the Producer to ensure that we stay on schedule, and warn as soon as a delay seems inevitable.
