Digital process automation Senior Associate / RPA developer

Job Description & Summary

The Role:

• As a Digital Process Automation consultant / RPA Developer, you'll work as part of the Automation and Digital transformation team, helping our clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyze processes for automation.

• Design and develop RPA solutions using leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Platform, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.

• Create detailed process documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and solution design documents.

• Configure and maintain RPA bots to ensure efficient operation and minimal downtime.

• Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

• Monitor and analyze RPA bots' performance, troubleshoot issues and implement improvements as needed.

• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on RPA tools and best practices.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and digital process automation.

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of business processes across various functions to identify further automation opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.

• 2+ years of experience with the automation of various business processes using leading RPA Platforms (MS Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps), UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.).

• Excellent knowledge in working with business requirements and preparation of processes, analysis documentation, including estimation of development timelines,

• Intermediate knowledge of other types of code (VB, Scripts, .Net, Python, SQL) within automation.

• Enthusiasm, teamwork, and proactive attitude.

• Fluency in English.

What would be considered a plus:

• Experience with platforms such as MS Power Apps, Appian or similar.

• Previous experience with OCR or document understanding models.

• Working experience with Google Cloud Platform, AWS or Azure.
