Job Description

The Display and Video Specialist at gTech Ads will work with customers and partner business teams to deliver insightful advertising solutions. Responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of Google's strategic products (YouTube, Display, Automation, Attribution) and leveraging this knowledge to create customer solutions. The role requires consulting with business partners to develop strategies, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The specialist will advise clients on account optimization, business growth, and maximizing ROI, liaising with business teams and vendor operations to manage campaign planning, implementation, optimization, reporting, and measurement. Fluency in English and French is essential for this customer-facing position. Experience with Google Ads, DV360, Search Ads 360, or other SEM platforms is preferred.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years digital media/marketing experience
  • 1+ year customer relationship experience
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Campaign management and optimization expertise
Good to have:
  • Experience with Google Ads, DV360, Search Ads 360
  • Knowledge of Google's digital advertising suite
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to navigate diverse business environments

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in campaign management for Google Ads (e.g., Search), DV360, Search Ads 360, or other Search Engine Marketing (SEM) platforms.
  • Knowledge of and passion for Google’s digital advertising suite, including Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform solutions for Display and Video.
  • Ability to navigate and influence various personalities within a business environment.
  • Excellent business acumen skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and partner business teams to provide insights-driven advertising solutions based on customer goals, business strategy, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop a comprehension of Google strategic products (e.g., YouTube, Display, Automation, Attribution) and leverage this knowledge to deliver solutions for customers.
  • Consult with Business partners to develop strategies, capture growth opportunities for the broader market, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute on these plans.
  • Advise clients on optimizing accounts, growing their business, and maximizing return on their marketing investment.
  • Liaise with Business teams and vendor operations to coordinate the planning, implementation, optimization, reporting, and measurement of campaigns, establishing and scaling best practices.
