As a Display Technical Program Manager at Google's Raxium, you will lead complex cross-functional projects to bring a new semiconductor display technology to market. Responsibilities include coordinating activities across semiconductor development and manufacturing (process, integration, quality, product engineering, test, reliability, fab operations, MES infrastructure, supply chain, and logistics). You will develop and maintain program schedules, manage risks, communicate with executives and partners, and manage external vendors. The role requires experience in semiconductor environments, managing cross-functional projects, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of semiconductor processes, tools, and operational methodologies.

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 7 years of experience in semiconductor technology fields, and with the processes, tools and operational methodologies used in semiconductor fabrications.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or PhD degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 3 years of experience in program management in hardware-oriented technical fields.

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with experience in semiconductor environments to join our team. Raxium is moving rapidly towards manufacturing qualification and scaling of its highly differentiated monolithic RGB microdisplay technology that is enabling for augmented reality (AR) products.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the complex cross-functional activities required to bring this new semiconductor technology to market, reporting at the Senior Director level, across an organization encompassing all functional areas (semiconductor development and manufacturing including process, integration, quality and product engineering, test and reliability, fab operations including manufacturing execution system (MES) infrastructure, supply chain, shipment and logistics.)Google's Raxium display group has established a revolutionary semiconductor materials display technology that enables new functionality in display products, bringing to users a closer and more natural linkage between the digital and physical realms in applications such as augmented reality (AR) and light-field display. With start-up roots and a state-of-the-art compound semiconductor fab in Silicon Valley, Raxium is seeking to build upon its engineering team with an aim to disrupt next-generation display markets.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs including executive and key partner communications.
- Develop and continually refine and update the overall program schedule, accounting for cross-functional inputs and deliverables, and including fab constraints which may be dynamic in nature as we grow.
- Identify and communicate developing technical and schedule risk, and lead effort to mitigate as appropriate, including fab functions.
- Manage external vendors and services needed to achieve manufacturing readiness and product release.
- Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) whereby improvements such as efficiency and utilization gains are measurable and the impact can be felt organization wide.
