Position Summary

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ensures inventory is accurately received, recorded and stored in WMS (Warehouse Management System) Proactively replenishes the production floor with product to prevent production delays Monitors warehouse supplies, communicate low inventory items to the logistics manager Separates full and partial returns and stores by date for future processing Ensures completed daily packages are labelled, verified and provided / loaded to the appropriate designated carrier’s trailer Ensures allocation orders are labelled, verified and staged for future shipping Provides weekly inventory summary report to management Proficiently operates narrow isle, swing mast forklift Completes daily safety checklist on all battery powered lift trucks & pallet jacks, reports any deficiencies to the logistics manager Completes bi-weekly maintenance on all battery powered lift trucks & pallet jacks Processes end of day reports and provides to management Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized / ensures a safe working environment. Provides backup to the warehouse line lead Ensure warehouse personnel complete tasks / projects timely and efficiently Coordinate daily operations through effective placement of warehouse personnel Train and supervise warehouse staff including new hires Assist and back-up warehouse package assembly technicians as needed Assists with other duties as assigned by the logistics manager

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year experience working a warehouse or related field

Work Environment
