Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer within the IEG Contracts team, you will be pivotal in interfacing with clients and suppliers during the execution of contracts. This role involves significant coordination tasks, document management, and technical oversight to ensure compliance with project schedules, costs, and scopes. Based in Bristol, the position requires three days in-office presence per week, blending remote work flexibility with critical onsite responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on contract-related inquiries.
  • Oversee technical management of suppliers and support contractual negotiations and compliance.
  • Ensure timely review and coordination of supplier documentation, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Manage contract modifications, technical issues, and non-conformities arising from site activities.
  • Coordinate across multiple disciplines to ensure seamless integration of contract requirements and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar.
  • Strong foundation in the specification, design, procurement, or installation of electrical components.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software.
  • Experience in managing cross-disciplinary technical and contractual matters.
