We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to be a part of our 135+ person marketing team including 14 all-star Email Marketers

What Winning Looks Like:

• Consult with stakeholders to develop an email strategy and comprehensive email campaigns.
• Build and maintain email templates within our current email service provider.
• Administrate recurring newsletters and evergreen marketing tactics
• Define email list requirements and ensure emails are delivered on time to the right audiences.
• Comply with CAN-SPAM & CCPA guidelines and help govern email list recipients.
• Test campaigns, making sure they render properly within various mailbox providers.
• Monitor deliverability and help remediate blocks or IP issues.
• Track the progress of campaigns and update stakeholders during meetings.

Skills You Need to Win:

• 2+ years of email marketing experience
• HTML and CSS coding experience is required.
• Experience developing email marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on all Email Service Providers (like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Pardot) updates and marketplace changes.
• Manage software updates and sender and delivery profiles.

$47,000 - $65,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on level of skills and overall experience
