The EMEA Consumer Products Coordinator will support daily operations within the EMEA Consumer Products team. This role involves close collaboration with teams in America and Asia, finance, tax, legal, and publishing. Responsibilities include supporting D2C business operations, managing third-party logistics (stock, delivery, inbound management), coordinating with the tax team on import documentation, working with player support, scheduling event transport logistics, raising purchase orders, tracking payments, and ensuring compliance with EU regulations. The position requires experience in finance administration, merchandise, and logistics management, along with strong communication and vendor management skills.
Must have:
  • 2-5 years experience in finance admin, merchandise and logistics
  • Experience collaborating across multiple disciplines
  • Purchase order system knowledge
  • Experience managing external vendors
  • Strong communication & relationship building skills
  • Understanding of international organizational complexities
Good to have:
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Experience building models in Google Suite

EMEA Consumer Products Coordinator Contractor 

THE ROLE

As the EMEA Consumer Products Coordinator  you will be responsible for assisting all areas of daily operations within the EMEA Consumer Products team, this is a highly collaborative working with team members within CPX in America and Asia, as well as other Rioters across finance, Tax, Legal & Publishing,

You will report into the Senior Manager Consumer Products EMEA based in the Reading office, UK. This role is based in our Dublin office

As part of this role you will:

  • Supporting the daily operations of the CPX D2C Business 
  • Supporting the  daily operations management of our Third Party Logistics partner including review of stock manageable, delivery scheduling & inbound management 
  • Work collaboratively with our tax team ensuring they have visibility and the necessary documentation for all imports from our customs brokers
  • Coordination with EMEA Player Support with players orders & other issues that occur outside of the normal course of business.  
  • Scheduling of  any event transport logistics where merchandise is taken to event roadshows. 
  • Raising Purchase Order requisitions for EMEA DTC products in a timely manner and track workflow to ensure PO’s reach vendors to ensure deadlines for product production is met
  • Work closely with finance to raise invoices and track payments from vendors for merchandise services (Esports events & wholesale orders) 
  • Review EU regulations to ensure  Riot Games is compliant packaging & waste material guidelines.  

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years experience of working across finance admin, merchandise and logistics management 
  • You have experience working and collaborating with teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Purchase ordering systems  Ideally you have  a working knowledge of purchase order creation interfaces
  • You have experience managing external vendors, have strong communication skills,  build strong working relationships & understand how to align service delivery needs with business goals.
  • You understand the complexities of working within an international organization where team members and stakeholders are spread across multiple geographies.

Desired Qualifications:

  • You are comfortable building your own models within Google suit package
