Job Description

Level Infinite seeks an Overseas Game Operator for Honor of Kings. Responsibilities include managing product lifecycle operations, overseeing commercialization, user engagement, version control, and community management. The role involves collaborating with development teams, planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing game data to optimize strategies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Data analysis, user feedback incorporation, and effective communication are essential.

Must have:

3+ years game operation experience (MOBA preferred)
Deep understanding of game operations (commercialization, events, data)
Strong data analysis, user understanding, and market awareness
Excellent teamwork, communication, and resource coordination

Good to have:

Game design experience
Strong English communication skills

岗位职责

1. 负责HOK手游产品节点运营工作，统筹各产品商业化设计与运营、活跃运营、版本管理和用户管理等各模块在核心节点的工作；
2. 负责参与相关产品运营期的研发工作，根据各阶段运营目标与需求，规划跟进相关产品运营功能/运营活动的设计、开发迭代和验收；
3. 负责制定项目目标，跟进资源投放与执行，协同市场，社群，区域等，形成合力共同达成项目目标；
4. 负责游戏节点各项数据分析，根据游戏数据、游戏内容投放节奏和用户反馈，调整优化运营计划.

岗位要求

1.本科以上学历，3年以上游戏运营相关经验，有MOBA经验者优先；

2.对游戏运营商业化/活动/数据多个运营模块有深入涉及和主导经历；

3.具备较深刻的游戏理解或游戏设计经验，对数据、用户和市场有敏锐认知和总结能力；

4.具备良好的团队合作精神，使命感与自驱力强，具有良好的沟通协作、资源协调能力；

5、具有一定的英文办公能力，英语沟通能力强者优先。
