We are seeking a driven, eager to learn HR Operations Intern to join our Americas HR Operations Team. As an HR Operations Intern, you will help us with all aspects of the employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between! We want someone who is a self-starter and passionate about customer service, and excited to learn something new.
What you'll be working on
Partner with our HR Operations Team during the on-boarding process including processing onboarding documents, and new hire welcome kits
Assist with Offboarding, including exit interview and exit documents
Scan and filehistorical employment records, as well as prepare them for offsite storage
Update our HCM by archiving and transferring dataand documents
Process verifications of employment
Work withthe HR Teamon projects, as needed
Assist in organizing company events
Gain understanding of all areas of HR by attending meetings/collaborating with broader HR team
What you bring to the role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge or experience with HR Operations and Labor Legislation
Self-starter and not afraid of taking the initiative.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters
Effective communication skills, oral and written
Strong attention to detail
Possess the ability to manage multiple projects
Team player
Familiarity with HRIS Software (especially Workday) is a plus
Education and Experience:
Working towardsa bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Prior experience working in an office environment
Experience in customer service or customer facing roles
