Job Description
Produce authentic stories, brand assets and narratives to elevate our employer brand through content mapping plan for our social media accounts and ensure the implementation according to timeline
Ensure the content design, copywriting and any other things related conforms to Corporate Brand Guidelines
Partner with business leaders and recruiters to drive targeted recruitment campaigns
Seeking collaboration with external parties in terms of branding event & partnership to boost employer positioning in the market and attract people to join with the company or generate leads to recruitment team such as university and community tap in
Ensure event & partnership activities have impact to recruitment team also employer positioning
Managing and providing onboarding programs to new employee
Ensure and maintain all new employees participate in the onboarding program according to onboarding schedule (new employee must join the program within the first month)
Ensure and monitoring onboarding implementation for area according to onboarding program standards
Doing the end to end process of Employee Engagement Program such as designing, monitoring and evaluating.
Planning and Implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity which aims to give positive impact to society
Updating the Engagement program based on current trending, analysing and making program recommendation from the previous analysis
Lead and manage any projects related to employer branding and employee engagement
Actively benchmark and utilise market research and emerging technology to make recommendations on emerging trends and technologies in the social media or event partnership that will advance the talent function.
Monitoring Goods of employee experience such as onboarding kit, merchandise for partner, speakers or participants distribution and stocks
Requirements
Min 3 years having experiences in Employer Branding/ Employee Engagement or Marketing Communication
Experience to create and executing of events, campaigns, and managing social media including generating the content and onboarding activities for new employees
Preferably coming from e commerce, logistic or marketing agency industry
Has strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, interpersonal skill
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Has strong creative thinking and passionate about branding things up to drive to execute
Has ability to lead a team at least 1 years
Experience in the Project Manager function is an advantage
