Job Description

As an Equipment Technician, you will work cross-functionally supporting a broad range of Semiconductor equipment and clean room infrastructure. You will understand the relationship between semiconductor and facility support equipment. You will troubleshoot complex problems, plan and execute individual tasks and team efforts related to installation, modification, maintenance and repair of clean room, and support equipment.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience with infrastructure, tools, and automation within the semiconductor industry
  • Experience in maintaining semiconductor and support equipment (i.e., Lithography, wet etch, dry etch, thin films, vacuum, deposition, PECVD, CVD, RF)
  • Experience with gas distribution system (e.g., installing gas cylinders and chemical handling)
Good to have:
  • Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other verifiable training in a relevant technical field
  • Experience with using Manufacturing Execution Software (MES)
  • Experience troubleshooting several of the following equipment areas: electrical/electronics, mechanical/pneumatics, software controls, vacuum
  • Ability and knowledge in reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics
  • Ability to support emergency response and safety team

Please note we are open for both back-end nights (compressed shift position: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday) or daytime shifts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$119,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Perform general, routine, and corrective maintenance as needed.
  • Perform Electro/Mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Assist with chemical and material handling.
  • Work with process and equipment engineering to improve equipment performance.
  • Support equipment engineering department as needed.
