Zamp is building AI agents to automate operational work, partnering with Fortune 500s and global banks to streamline Finance and Operations processes. Founded in 2022 by Amit Jain (IIT Delhi, Stanford, ex-Sequoia, Uber), Zamp secured a $22M seed round from top investors. The Executive Assistant will manage the CXO's schedule, coordinate office operations, assist with budget tracking, support vendor negotiations, organize meetings and travel, prepare efficiency reports, and ensure policy compliance.

Must have:

Manage and maintain CXO’s schedule, appointments, and key priorities daily.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations in Gurgaon and Bangalore.
Assist in budget tracking and cost-efficiency for administrative and operational expenses.
Support vendor negotiations, contracts, and timely payments; manage office inventory.
Coordinate high-priority internal meetings, company events, and leadership travel logistics.
Prepare reports and insights on operational efficiency, identifying improvements.
Ensure compliance with relevant administrative policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in budget tracking and cost-efficiency measures for administrative and operational expenses.
Support vendor negotiations, contracts, and timely payments while ensuring office inventory is well-managed.

Prepare reports and insights on operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant administrative policies and regulations.
