Job Description

As a Field Service Technician at Vernon Downs Casino, you will be responsible for supporting lottery site POS and management systems, as well as servicing gaming and FinTech products at nearby locations. Your duties include providing first-rate customer service, installing, maintaining, and updating Everi products on-site, and troubleshooting any arising issues. Training and support will be provided. The role requires problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Maintain a Gaming License.
  • Availability for bi-weekly on-call shifts.
  • Ambitious and motivated individual.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel.
Good to have:
  • Hardware/network/technical experience is a plus!

Do you love solving tech puzzles and keeping machines running like clockwork? Join us as a Field Service Technician, where your main mission will be supporting lottery site POS and management systems—right from the action at Vernon Downs Casino!

you’ll also get to flex your skills by servicing gaming and FinTech products at other nearby hotspots. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, we want to hear from you!


What Will You Be Doing?

  • Keep a smile on our customer’s faces with first-rate customer service.
  • Put in, change around, fix, and/or run updates on Everi products on location at casinos.
  • Check in with our customers and our devices to ensure they are running smoothly, see if there are any issues, what those issues might be, and fix problems that arise for our products. Training and other support will be provided, as needed.


Skills & Qualifications for the Job:

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Maintain a Gaming License (requirements vary by location; upon hire, Everi's internal team will assist with application, payment, and renewal).
  • Availability for bi-weekly on-call shifts, with the potential for overtime, weekend, evening, and holiday work as needed.
  • Ambitious and motivated individual who enjoys learning and is comfortable working independently (after training), while contributing as part of a cohesive team.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and completing paperwork.
Nice-to-have's:
  • Hardware/network/technical experience is a plus!

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25- $30/per hour and is overtime eligible.
