Supply Chain Finance Director - LATAM
 

The Supply Chain FinanceDirector will lead financial strategies and operations for the QSC function across the LATAM region, ensuring financial integrity, driving performance, and supporting strategic decisions to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
 

Key responsibilities:

              •            Oversee financial planning and reporting processes across LATAM;

              •            Develop long-term financial strategies with regional and site leadership;

              •            Promote a culture of cost awareness and continuous improvement;

              •            Ensure robust forecasting and reporting (P&L and balance sheet);

              •            Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and support audits;

              •            Support QSC LATAM Finance Director with performance reporting and analysis;

              •            Lead and develop finance teams across sites and shared service centers;

              •            Foster business partnering and financial influence within the team;

              •            Partner with functional and regional leaders to manage budgets and expenses;

              •            Actively participate in governance forums and financial reviews.

Why YOU?

Basic qualifications:

              •            Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;

              •            Fluent in English;

              •            Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and reporting;

              •            Experience in matrix organizations and shared service environments;

              •            Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and financial systems.

Preferred qualifications:

              •            Financial certification (e.g., CPA or equivalent);

              •            Experience with manufacturing and logistics cost management and commercial finance;

              •            Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis;

              •            Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly and simply;

              •            Familiarity with SIERA and BISON systems.

Diretor de Finanças (Supply Chain – LATAM)

              •            Desenvolver estratégias financeiras de longo prazo com líderes regionais e de sites;

              •            Promover cultura de melhoria contínua e controle de custos;

              •            Assegurar previsões e reportes financeiros robustos (P&L e balanço);

              •            Garantir conformidade com requisitos legais e auditorias;

              •            Apoiar o Diretor de Finanças QSC LATAM com análises de desempenho;

              •            Supervisionar e desenvolver equipes financeiras (sites e serviços compartilhados);

              •            Fortalecer o papel de business partner dentro do time de finanças;

              •            Colaborar com líderes funcionais e regionais para controle orçamentário;

              •            Participar de fóruns de governança e revisões financeiras.

Por que VOCÊ?

Suas qualificações:

              •            Graduação em Finanças, Contabilidade ou áreas afins;

              •            Inglês fluente;

              •            Extensa experiência em planejamento e reporte financeiro;

              •            Experiência em ambientes matriciais e centros de serviços compartilhados;

              •            Proficiência em SAP, MS Office e sistemas financeiros.

Desejável:

              •            Certificação profissional em finanças (CPA ou equivalente);

              •            Vivência com custos de manufatura, logística e finanças comerciais;

              •            Experiência com modelagem financeira, previsões e análises;

              •            Habilidade de comunicação clara e objetiva sobre temas complexos;

              •            Familiaridade com os sistemas SIERA e BISON.
