岗位职责

• Conduct daily game operation for Outfit7 games with each Android store, including game release management, game performance data monitoring and reporting, monthly game performance reviews, and making operation plans based on performance reviews.
• Dig deep into understanding each Android store’s data features and user profile, and optimize games’ performance on each store based on their product features, user features, and live-ops events.
• Communicate and collaborate with each store on a daily basis, understanding each store's latest operation-related policies, and optimizing and updating storefront assets to improve conversion performance.
• Conduct and lead activities on stores’ UA platforms or other UA channels, apply games’ ad monetization metrics, improve in-app purchase performance, user retention, and ROI.
• Observe and research competitor products and market trends, and propose improvements to product and game content.
• 负责公司游戏在各大安卓渠道的日常运营工作，包括游戏版本管理、游戏表现数据监控与汇报、每月游戏表现回顾，并根据回顾结果制定运营计划；
• 深入理解各安卓渠道的数据特点和用户画像，结合游戏产品和用户特性及运营活动，优化游戏在各渠道的表现；
• 与各渠道保持日常沟通与协作，及时了解渠道最新的运营相关政策，优化和更新游戏在渠道页面的展示资源，以提升转化表现；
• 在各大应用商店的用户获取平台或其他用户获取渠道上开展并主导吸引新用户的相关活动，运用游戏的广告变现指标，提升应用内购买表现、用户留存率和投资回报率;
• 观察并研究竞品和市场趋势，提出对产品和游戏内容的改进建议。

要求技能

• Knowledge of user acquisition and experience with casual (or similar category) games, and with store ad platforms or other UA channels on the Chinese market.
• Goal-oriented mindset, good communication skills, flexibility, problem-solving capability, and excellent team spirit.
• Strong critical thinking, data analysis skills, and the ability to drive business growth through data insights.
• Good English skills are preferred, including the ability to communicate in English in a work setting.

经验

• 4+ years of experience in casual (or similar category) game operations on the Chinese market, especially on major OEM stores and other third-party Android stores.
• H5 game experience is a plus.
• 经验要求：

• 有 H5 游戏相关经验者优先。
