- General knowledge of building responsive, mobile-first layouts; Mobile application development experience. e.g. nativescript, react-native, ionic, Swift UI/Obj-C, Jetpack/Kotlin/Java
- General knowledge of web application architectures, libraries and tools ; Web application development experience, e.g. Vue, react, SolidJs, svelte, angular
- For e.g. Nativescript + VueJS is ideal but React + React Native should work as well or Angular + Ionic
- General knowledge of UX and UI design principles
- General knowledge of REST APIs, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern web frameworks and/or HTML and CSS/Sass/Less
- Intermediate Git skills
- Experience with GraphQL is a plus
- Intermediate time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Intermediate written, verbal communication skills, specifically documentation
- Detail-oriented, quality conscious yet flexible to other's ideas and suggestions
- Experience with development methodologies; e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban
- Experience with benefit program administration, and health and welfare processes a plus
- Experience with Adobe CC a plus
