Team Introduction We are building the central and unified authorization service at Bytedance. The services we build include： - Authorization Product, which provides the customer-facing interface that's used by all Bytedance employees daily. - Authorization Backend, which provides the unified and central authorization capability at Bytedance. We have four major initiatives in our team: -Build the most secure, reliable and scalable infra that enables high-quality service. -Enforce fine-grained access control to secure all Bytedance resources and assets. -Provide intuitive, efficient and transparent access experience to our users. -Govern permissions with automation and tools that enforce the least-privileged access control. Responsibilities -Build new features and products of the authorization services. -Develop, test and maintain quality code and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline. -Graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security or a related technical discipline. -Familiarity with front-end development, including: -Languages: JavaScript/Typescript/HTML/CSS -Frontend frameworks: React/Vue/Angular -Packaging frameworks: Webpack/Rollup/BaBel/AST/Gulp -Familiar with key concepts like functional and asynchronous programming, closures and types, layouts, specificity, animation, cross browser compatibility, data security and accessibility. -Good understanding of multi-tier application architecture and protocols, familiarity with product and software development lifecycle process. Preferred Qualifications -Agile, quick self learner, highly self-motivated with a strong sense of product ownership and creative problem solver. -Deeply passionate about software coding/development and building great mobile/web applications. -Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast moving, culturally diverse and globally distributed team environment.
