Job Description

The Fulfillment Supervisor oversees and ensures accurate and timely picking, packing, and order preparation during their shift. This role operates in a cold production environment, requiring attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a bilingual team (English and Spanish). The supervisor will use technology like Tableau, Google Sheets, Slack, Geneva, and Gmail to monitor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Must have:
  • Supervise pick-and-pack operations, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor order progress for timely completion during assigned shift.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to optimize performance.
  • Address team member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Utilize Tableau and Google Sheets to track and document order progress and team performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively using Slack, Geneva, and Gmail to coordinate with other teams and management.
  • Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing key metrics, issues, and resolutions.
  • Work effectively in a cold storage environment and train team members on best practices and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily operations, metrics, and team performance.
  • Share updates with relevant departments to ensure operational alignment.
  • Provide shift handover reports to ensure continuity between shifts.
  • Ensure all orders meet company quality standards before dispatch.
  • Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Operate pallet jack to move pallets of product safely and efficiently.
  • Support implementation and adherence to Pick and Pack SOPs, Inventory Counting, and Scheduling / Labor Utilization.
  • At least 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish).
  • Experience using Microsoft PC software including Excel, Word, and Gmail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Weekend and holiday availability.
  • Able to work in a cold environment (39 degrees).

Job Overview:

The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accurate and timely picking, packing, and preparation of orders during their assigned shift. Working in a cold production environment, this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead and communicate with a bilingual team (English and Spanish). The Fulfillment Supervisor will utilize technology such as Tableau, Google Sheets, and communication tools (Slack, Geneva, Gmail) to monitor operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Oversight & Team Management

  • Supervise pick-and-pack operations, ensuring all orders are accurately fulfilled and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor order progress to ensure timely completion during the assigned shift.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to optimize performance.
  • Address team member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Utilize Tableau and Google Sheets to track and document order progress and team performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively using Slack, Geneva, and Gmail to coordinate with other teams and management.

2. Reporting & Communication

  • Maintain accurate records of daily operations, metrics, and team performance.
  • Share updates with relevant departments to ensure operational alignment.
  • Provide shift handover reports to ensure continuity between shifts.

3. Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure all orders meet company quality standards before dispatch.
  • Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Operate pallet jack to move pallets of product safely and efficiently.
  • Support implementation and adherence to processes including:
  • Pick and Pack SOPs
  • Inventory Counting
  • Scheduling / Labor Utilization

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in fulfillment operations is highly valued.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Bilingual (Spanish).
  • At least 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft PC software including Excel, Word, and Gmail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Weekend and holiday availability.
  • Able to work in a cold environment (39 degrees).

Compensation

All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Pay Range for this position

$23 - $25 USD
