Job Description

This role is for a Product-focused Game Operator for PUBG Mobile in the North American region at Level Infinite. Responsibilities include driving user growth through cross-departmental collaboration; user needs analysis and translation into product features; optimizing the game's in-game UGC features; establishing and maintaining a creator ecosystem; managing player communication, and monitoring competitor activities. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of relevant experience in game operations, strong project management and communication skills, and a passion for FPS games. Experience with UGC platforms and strong English skills are beneficial.

Must have:

5+ years game operation experience
Strong project management skills
Excellent cross-team collaboration
PUBG Mobile or similar game experience
User growth focus

Good to have:

UGC platform experience
Excellent English proficiency

岗位职责

1、基于产品的用户增长需求，推动产品、推广、合作部门等各模块协作，整合资源，以达成整体发行目标；
2、负责用户需求洞察工作，探索、整理、筛选用户视角的建议与方向，提炼并落地为产品功能；基于数据、版本内容和游戏运营规划，输出细分玩法内容和用户运营的规划，执行落地并输出有效结论，提升运营数据；
3、关注游戏玩法生态，基于产品已有地图UGC功能，优化PGC、PUGC生产机制与渠道分发能力；建立稳定的创作者生态和激励机制，引导优质UGC生产，为游戏内容发行提供帮助；
4、搭建运营与玩家的双向沟通机制，监控创作者生态，反馈玩家诉求并推动游戏调优，引导并维护产品口碑。
5、持续关注主要竞品运营情况，跟进竞品防御方案。

岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上游戏活动运营相关工作经验；
2、具备较强的项目管理能力和资源统筹能力，能够高效推进项目整体目标完成；
3、有良好的团队合作精神，擅长跨团队/跨部门沟通协作，学习和应变能力强；
4、具备射击或竞技手游，从筹备到上线的完整活跃运营工作经验者优先；
5、热爱FPS游戏，有UGC平台运营经验、英语能力优秀者优先。
