Game Recruiting HR (Spring 2025)

This is a Game Recruiting HR internship position for the Spring 2025 recruiting season in Shanghai. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment efforts based on annual plans, utilizing and expanding company recruitment channels, building strong relationships with business units to understand and meet their hiring needs, managing project-based recruitment (such as campus recruitment), and completing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. The ideal candidate will be a 2025 graduate with a Bachelor's degree or higher, excellent communication and resilience, a proactive work ethic, and a passion for the gaming industry. Prior game industry recruitment internship experience is a plus.
