Job Description

The Game Voice Team Leader will be responsible for the full lifecycle of in-game voice content, from casting and studio supervision to quality control and integration, ensuring high-quality audio performance. The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and proactive risk management skills to maintain stable audio content delivery. Candidates should be passionate about games, possess a bachelor's degree and over 3 years of game audio experience, with expertise in Unity, Wwise, and Fmod.
Must have:
  • Responsible for voice content selection, studio supervision, quality control, and resource integration.
  • Ensure overall audio performance of the voice module.
  • Utilize internal and external resources for efficient collaboration.
  • Maintain stable, close, and efficient cooperation with all parties.
  • Manage audio versions, anticipate risks, and plan responses.
  • Ensure stable progress of version audio content.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Over 3 years of game audio experience.
  • Familiar with the entire game development process.
  • Solid audio fundamental knowledge.
  • Unity engine project experience.
  • Proficiency in Wwise and Fmod audio middleware engines.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and proactive work attitude.
Good to have:
  • Proficiency in English

1. Responsible for the entire process of voice content selection, studio supervision, quality control, and resource integration within games, ensuring the overall audio performance of the voice module;

2. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively utilizing internal and external resources, and maintaining stable, close, and efficient cooperation with all parties;

3. Have strong audio version management awareness, capable of anticipating risks based on version content and formulating response plans to ensure stable progress of version audio content;

4. Strong self-drive, eager to learn and share, continuously seeking breakthroughs.

Job Requirements

1. Passionate about games, understanding game culture and player needs;

2. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in game audio, familiar with the entire game development process;

3. Possess solid audio fundamental knowledge, have Unity engine project experience, and be proficient in Wwise and Fmod audio middleware engines;

4. Possess certain stress resistance, strong sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, and dedication;

5. Proficiency in English is preferred.
