Job Description

This Graduate Development Program is a two-year journey to nurture future leaders, with a focus on personal development. The trainee will support the growth of Philips' global Magnetic Resonance (MR) business, working in an international team on the go-to-market planning and activation of new product introductions for the global MR portfolio. Responsibilities include managing the downstream market plan for new MR product launches, developing messaging, and creating a content strategy. They will collaborate with various marketing teams, support local events, manage customer touchpoints, and ensure alignment with company priorities.
Must have:
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Max 1 year of work experience after graduation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Business fluency in English.
Good to have:
  • Experience with digital content creation.
  • Knowledge of modern communication tools like SharePoint and Teams.
  • International experience.

Your assignment: 

Your 1st year assignment as a GDP Trainee will be supporting the continued growth of Philips global Magnetic Resonance (MR) business and work in an engaging team and international environment. You will be working on the go-to-market planning and activation of new product introductions for the global MR portfolio

You are responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of the downstream market plan for new MR product launches

  • Develop the messaging, activation and content strategy for various solutions in the MR portfolio

  • Work closely with the upstream and clinical marketing team to deliver strong new product introduction marketing toolkits to the markets

  • Partner with central marketing communications, event management and sales teams for a seamless customer experience and high customer engagement at both physical and digital global events

  • Supporting markets on behalf of the Business to guide on local events.

  • Own physical and digital key customer relationship touchpoints, including customer testimonials and other social assets

  • Actively managing, activating and ensuring Philips Global MR portfolio messages and priorities are aligned with the Philips Precision Diagnosis and Health System cluster priorities

As a GDP trainee you will receive a 2.5 years, full time employment contract with excellent labour conditions.

You're the right fit if:

  • Recently graduated Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar and available per 1st September 2025

  • Max 1 years of work experience straight after your graduation

  • Ideally you have some experience with digital content creation, setting up online events and activation through university projects and/or internship(s)

  • Thorough knowledge of modern communication tools like SharePoint and Teams

  • Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills, a customer-first attitude, self-starter, digital savvy, eager and ambitious

  • International experience would be a benefit

  • Business fluency in English

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Recruitment process

  • Within 1 week after your application, you will be informed whether you passed the pre-selection round and if yes you will be invited to perform a gamified test and video interview.

  • After the test and video interview we will come back to you latest 17th of June.

  • You will be informed whether you belong to the best performers and if yes you will be invited for the final face to face interview, which will take place in Best, on the 24th or 26th of June 2025.

  • In the same week, we will inform you of the outcome.

  • Start date will be 1st September 2025
