Job Description
Smilegate Holdings seeks a Group Integrated Tax and Risk Management Team Leader. Responsibilities include corporate tax (tax adjustments) and tax risk management, group and corporate integrated tax management, operation and management of group delegated decision-making regulations, and project work (mergers, spin-offs, company acquisitions, and disposals). The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of relevant experience (including 6 years in tax), experience in managing taxes for listed companies and externally audited companies, and a bachelor's degree or higher. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills are essential.

Good to have:
- CPA license
- Gaming/IT industry experience
- Subsidiary acquisition & management experience

담당업무
- 법인세(세무조정) 및 Tax Risk 관리 대응
- 그룹 및 법인 통합 세무 관리
- 그룹 위임전결 규정 운영 및 관리
- 프로젝트성 업무 수행 (합병, 분할, 회사 인수 및 매각 등)
자격요건
- 유관 경험 10년이상 ~ 15년 미만 보유하신 분 (세무 분야 경력 6년)
- 상장사 및 외부감사대상기업(외감기업) 세무관리 경험 보유자
- 국내외 대학 학사 이상 학위 소지자
필요역량
- 세무 관련 업무 경험이 풍부하신 분
- 상장사 및 중견기업 이상 근무 경험과 국내외 자회사 관리 경험을 보유하신 분
- 유관 부서와 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업이 가능하신 분
- 문서 작성 능력이 뛰어나신 분
우대사항
- 세무사 자격증 보유자
- 게임/IT 등 동종 업계 근무 경험자
- 자회사 인수 및 관리 경험자 우대
