Job Description

The Employee Experience team is being established to deliver excellent work in the most fundamental HR needs. The Employee Experience Specialist will collaborate with Employee Experience leaders and teams to ensure exceptional service and enhance the overall employee experience. Responsibilities include ensuring operational excellence in key areas, addressing employee inquiries, maintaining accurate employee data, delivering excellent HR administrative services, identifying and documenting standard administrative tasks, reviewing policies for improvement, and proactively anticipating and resolving issues.

Must have:

Understanding of HR operations in the country.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Excellent management and attention to detail.

ระบุและจัดทำเอกสารงานธุรการและงานปฏิบัติการเพิ่มเติมที่ปัจจุบันดูแลโดย HRBP และ COE ในระดับท้องถิ่น ภูมิภาค และระดับโลก ซึ่งสามารถโอนย้ายมายังทีมประสบการณ์พนักงานได้
ทบทวนนโยบาย กระบวนการ และวิธีการทำงานโดยรวม เพื่อหาโอกาสในการปรับปรุง ลดความซ้ำซ้อน และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ

Qualifications
