Job Description & Summary

A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation. You’ll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.

Our Independence Compliance team provides guidance on all areas of PwC’s independence policy and the regulatory environment. As part of the team, you’ll provide updates on Independence and regulatory rules and will evaluate new client opportunities based on PwC’s compliance policies and procedures.

Job Description & Summary: A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation. You’ll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.

Our Conflict team provides guidance on all areas of PwC’s conflict policy and the regulatory environment. As part of the team, you’ll provide updates on conflict rules and will evaluate new client opportunities based on PwC’s compliance policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide team member regarding Conflicts requests and next steps
  • SLA Monitoring - Review and where needed maintain a tracker for the consultation requests to ensure all requests have been responded to within the timelines
  • Time to time process gap and impact analysis
  • Creating process efficiencies and enhancing the user experience
  • Perform Quality checks through various systems and collate the results for further analysis
  • Appropriately and timely escalating issues identified to the Reporting Manager
  • Perform other specific assigned tasks in Conflict and allied areas diligently
  • Creation of territory specific policy and circulating the guidance to the engagement team
  • Collaborate with the wider risk teams across lines of services, where required
