A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation. You’ll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.

Our Risk and Quality team identifies and assists internal teams to mitigate and control client engagement risks. As part of the team, you’ll provide advice to business teams within PwC on sound contract provisions, standards and approaches in accordance with PwC policies, principles and standards.

Responsibilities:
    Job Description
· Monitoring of compliance on Insider trading policy and procedures
· Collating and evaluation of data for monitoring and analysis of the information
· Handling queries of stakeholders pertaining to insider trading.
· Work under supervision of senior team members and meet reporting timelines applicable from Quality perspective.
· Preparing and delivering periodic work papers and documenting in Aura
· Identify areas of automation and contribute towards efficiency increasing initiatives.
· Understand and comply with the requirement of network standard and ISQM.
· Support in the internal audit, quality management review or any other internal/external review.
· Understand the system and application available for compliance
· Work with other functions to enhance/ upgrading the system.

· Preferred understanding and basic compliance requirement of insider trading
· Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT and Google applications
· Committed to timely quality deliverable and project time management
· Ability to prioritize deliverables
· Good Verbal and written Communication skills
