Team and Role Overview
As part of the customer delivery organization for Nasdaq AxiomSL, your main objective is to implement the AxiomSL regulatory solutions for financial institutions. As our new member, you will work with a group of hardworking and expert team members. Together with your team, you will be responsible for onboarding, implementing and supporting AxiomSL regulatory reporting solutions for our clients.
What you will do
You will be assigned to a project team to assist with implementation of our regulatory solutions at the client site. The person will work closely with the Solutions Architect and will be tasked with reviewing client business requirements, analyzing client data, suggesting solutions and implementing the solution for them. The candidate will also be knowledgeable about regulatory reporting and will provide mentorship to clients on standard processes for our solutions and platform.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a strong guide team delivering complex technology solutions to international clients. You will work with and learn from domain guides and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress within the Customer Delivery team. Besides working closely with colleagues in your location, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
Assist with the delivery of sophisticated solutions by taking high-level architecture and design models from the solution architect and giving to the implementation from design to code.
Participate in discussions with client users to understand their requirements and data structures to tailor the solution to their needs and suggest standard processes for using our solutions and platform.
Participate in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews, develop project estimates, schedules, test plans, and code reviews.
Proactively settle and resolve potential problems/issues including authoring of technical specifications.
Conduct performance testing, review results, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
Travel to client locations or other Nasdaq offices as needed.
What We Expect
Education Qualification: Bachelor/Masters or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting or Computer Science.
