Key responsibilities:
- Configuration and maintaining of integration environment
- Analysis of clients' requirements and API integration consulting
- Troubleshooting and system monitoring and analysis
- Preventing issues, providing reliability and improving performance
- Communicating vendor requirements to the development team
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of network technologies, concepts and generally how the modern Internet works
- Good understanding of API communication, experience with logging, error monitoring systems, and ability to reading log files or error traces
- Knowing of SQL basics
- Good debugging, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Upper-intermediate English
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
Nice to have:
- Previous experience as a technical account manager, manual QA, or technical support specialist of field-specific education
- Intermediate or upper-intermediate Russian
