As an International Horse Racing Trader, you will compile pre-match odds, actively trade Scandinavian Trotting markets, and oversee the horse racing process. You will monitor bets, settle markets post-events, manage risk, and perform client analysis. Additionally, you will provide second-line support to the Customer Service team. This role is within an energetic team of 11 professionals, offering a chance to apply your knowledge of horse racing and betting. The role requires a deep understanding of the market and a capacity to adapt to changes. This position requires attention to detail and good teamwork skills.

Must have:

Extensive knowledge of horse racing and bookmaking theory.
Fluency in English.
Fluency in Swedish or Danish is crucial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in providing second-line customer support.
Strong numerical ability regarding probability and risk distribution.

Good to have:

Computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel.
Great interpersonal skills.
Highly competitive mindset.
At least 2 years of experience in sports betting.

Join our team:

We're expanding our team of dedicated sports traders and are in search of a dynamic individual to take on the role of International Horse Racing Trader. You'll be part of an energetic team of 11 professionals, working collaboratively to manage and trade in the exhilarating world of international horse racing.

The Role:

Compile pre-match odds for all Scandinavian Trotting markets and actively trade those markets.
Oversee the horse racing process throughout the event cycle.
Monitor incoming bets and manually review bet requests.
Efficiently settle markets post-events.
Manage risk and perform detailed client analysis.
Provide second-line support to our Customer Service team, ensuring a seamless betting experience for our clients.

Requirements?

Applicant must be Malta-based or willing to reallocate.
Extensive knowledge of horse racing and familiarity with bookmaking theory.
Fluency in English
Fluency in Swedish or Danish is crucial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in providing second-line customer support.
Ability to collaborate effectively with the branding team.
A background in mathematics or statistics is desirable.
Strong numerical ability regarding probability and risk distribution
