Role Overview: As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving various technical issues related to Mac configurations, OKTA, ZSCALER, Python scripts, network connectivity, and IT help desk functions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring that employees can work without interruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist employees with setting up and troubleshooting Mac/Windows configurations, including software installations, system settings, and application support.
Manage and troubleshoot OKTA, ZSCALER related issues, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) problems including network security and access problems.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including troubleshooting local and remote network problems.
Handle day-to-day IT help desk requests, including user account management, password resets, and general technical support.
Utilize and manage basic IT tools and software required for troubleshooting and support.
Utilize Jira for tracking and managing support tickets and tasks.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, with hands-on experience in Mac configuration, OKTA, ZSCALER, Python, and network troubleshooting.
Education: Relevant technical certification with Bachelors/Master degree is a plus.
