Job Description

The IT Support Manager will lead and manage IT support operations across Japan and Asia (Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China). Responsibilities include managing the IT support desk, setting goals, implementing PDCA cycles, creating reports, managing PC kitting, asset management, and collaborating with global IT support teams (US/UK). The role involves leading new global IT program implementations, establishing a 24/7 follow-the-sun support system, and managing a team of 20-30 external vendors. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, experience in IT service management, and excellent communication skills in English and Japanese. This is a hybrid role offering a flexible work arrangement.

Must have:

5+ years IT service management experience
5+ years team management experience
IT support desk management
Global IT team collaboration
Project leadership
Budget & resource management

Good to have:

ITIL v4, PMP, CMMI, IPA certifications
Basic/Applied Info Processing, MTA, MCSA, ACMT, CompTIA A+

担当地域である日本及びアジア(シンガポール、韓国、台湾、香港、中国)において、以下のITサポートの業務全般

ITサポートデスクの運営管理、目標設定、PDCAサイクルのマネジメント
ITサポート業務に関わるレポート作成、改善、定期的なマネジメントへの報告
Windows/Mac PC のキッティング業務の計画と実行管理
各種PC機器の資産管理・棚卸に係る計画と実行管理

グローバルのITサポートチーム(US/UK)との連携業務

グローバルの各種ITプログラムの新規導入プロジェクトのリード
US、UK等海外拠点にいるITサポートチームとの定期的な連携、グローバル24時間体制(Follow the sun)の立ち上げ

チームマネジメント

4年制大学以上を卒業または同等の資格
ITサービスマネジメントに関わる業務設計・実装・運用管理・改善の経験5年以上
チームのマネジメント経験 5年以上

【歓迎（WANT）】

以下の資格2つ以上あれば歓迎

ITIL v4 ファンデーション資格、PMP、CMMI、IPA ITサービスマネージャ、認定スクラムマスター
基本情報処理、応用情報技術者試験、MTA, MCSA, ACMT, CompTIA A+

【英語】

【日本語】

ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上）
