Tripledot is a leading independent mobile games company seeking a Junior Studio Manager to identify, onboard, and manage external gaming studios. The role involves acting as the main point of contact for partner studios, guiding the development and launch of new mobile titles. This position requires a blend of creative insight, strong relationship management, and a keen understanding of the mobile games market. Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of game development, conducting competitive analysis, and aligning product development with Lion Studios' strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in product or project management within the mobile gaming industry, with proven success in launching new games and a strong understanding of market trends.
Must have:
- 2+ years in product/project management in mobile gaming
- Experience in new mobile game ideation and development
- Strong understanding of mobile gaming trends
- Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience
Good to have:
- Business development experience
- Experience managing diverse game portfolios

Role Overview
As a Junior Studio Manager, you will play a central role in identifying, onboarding and managing external gaming studios with a wide range of game portfolios. You’ll act as the main point of contact for partner studios, working closely with them to develop and launch new mobile titles that resonate with players around the world.
This role combines creative insight, strong relationship management and a sharp understanding of the mobile games market. You’ll lead products from concept through to launch, leveraging data, market trends and user behaviour to inform decisions and ensure games align with Lion Studios’ standards and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage gaming studios with diverse game portfolios worldwide
- Identify promising games and studios in the market, and cultivate strong relationships.
- Lead the full lifecycle of game development, from ideation to launch, ensuring the creation of innovative and engaging mobile games.
- Conduct competitive analysis of the mobile gaming landscape, including user behavior and key metrics, to inform the product roadmap.
- Align product development with Lion Studios’ strategic and competitive positioning.
- Work closely with the Studio Manager Director on various business development initiatives.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, business development or a similar role within the mobile gaming industry
- Proven experience in the ideation and development of new mobile games or apps, from concept through production and launch
- Strong understanding of the latest trends in mobile gaming
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organisational and analytical abilities
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment
