Revolgy is looking for a L1 Cloud Ops Engineer, so join our awesome team of cloud engineers and work with cutting-edge cloud platforms, AI automation tools and participate on other exciting projects. We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in IT and cloud services, who is ready to dive into hands-on problem-solving and support tasks.
Please note: This is a fully remote position, open to candidates in Europe. Locations where we can offer employment for this position are Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Estonia, and UK.
What will you do? 🧭
- Act as the first point of contact for customer support (via email, phone and other channels), resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket records in our system, ensuring cases are handled within SLA.
- Collaborate with 2nd-level support and other departments to resolve complex queries.
- Automate business processes using various tools and technologies.
- Manage tasks in cloud management consoles where applicable.
- Communicate effectively with cloud providers and partners to ensure seamless service.
- Assist the team with administrative and continuous improvement tasks.
Challenges You’ll Tackle:
- Troubleshooting infrastructure outages, including third-party services and deployment environments.
- Communicating vendor updates (e.g., pricing changes, end-of-support notifications) to relevant stakeholders.
What’s Exciting:
- Hands-on experience with the latest cloud technologies (AWS, GCP).
- Involvement in AI-driven automation projects.

Must haves 🔥
- Experience with any of cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure) and their services is a must.
- Knowledge of observability, networking, subnetting, site reliability and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience with at least one programming language.
- Familiarity with Git and version control platforms like GitHub/GitLab.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in an IT role such as support, networking, back/front-end development, or system administration.
- Great command of the English language both in verbal and written form (B2/C1).
- Willingness to take ownership, be responsible, display initiative, and work autonomously.
