Job Description
This is a full-time Lead Planner position based in Shenzhen, China. The role involves market, user, and competitor research, assisting the producer in defining product direction. Responsibilities include deep game experience analysis, exploring live interaction and player engagement models, leading core content optimization and innovative module design for online games, and improving data analysis to validate game design. The successful candidate will also contribute to team management and development. A minimum of 2 years of mobile game core planning experience with a released game is required. Strong data analysis skills, communication, and teamwork are essential.

1.研究市场、用户及竞品，根据市场变化及项目需求，协助制作人规划产品方向
2.深度体验游戏产品、市场竞品，研究直播互动等近距离接触玩家及潜在玩家群体的运营模式
3.主导线上游戏核心内容及数值的优化和创新模块的设计
4.持续完善线上产品的数据统计，通过统计分析去验证游戏设计
5.参与策划团队的管理与建设
职位要求
1.熟悉休闲游戏，对游戏中的博弈及概率等核心内容有一定理解，可主导设计游戏核心规则构建
2.具备游戏各个策划模块的体系规划、逻辑规则机制实现能力。具备一定的综合策划能力，能独立评估不同模块的系统运作模式和用户体验节奏
3.熟悉并接触过市面上主流知名游戏，能对其规则、机制、设计优缺点进行分析总结，并能将核心优势应用于品类合适的模块中
4.2年以上手游核心策划工作经验（已上线运营项目），具有数据驱动意识
5.能归纳总结策划工作中的方法论并传授给策划团队，带领团队内策划提升策划能力
6.优秀的执行力、沟通表达能力及团队协作能力，有责任心，能承担工作压力
