What you’ll do:
  • Develop and launch regular in-game events, promotions, and special offers to increase user engagement and revenue
  • Conduct experiments and help interpret results to improve various project metrics
  • Manage in-game purchases, customize and optimize in-game offers, develop monetization strategy
  • Track and analyze key metrics (ARPU, DAU, Retention, and so on), evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns implemented, and make suggestions for improvement
  • Work with development, marketing and analytics teams to implement events and maintain the game lifecycle
  • Participate in the creation of content plans, develop and implement new game mechanics and offerings to increase player interest
  • Track industry trends and best practices in game monetization
What you need to succeed:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Excellent understanding of the mobile gaming market, metrics and monetization methods
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work in a multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to work in a team and communication skills
Nice to have:
  • Experience in international projects
  • Understanding of the basics of AB testing, mathematical statistics
  • Experience writing SQL queries, working with Python, R data
  • Experience working with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, Dev2Dev, Superset, AWS, and so on)
