We are looking for an energetic and commercially driven Local Sales Manager to join our Direct Transport Sales team in Manila, Philippines, responsible for the growing of revenue for Ocean-freights

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Growth: Strategically manage and expand existing customer accounts and portfolios, ensuring sustained success and client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Actively drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, consistently pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Client & Partner Relations: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners, fostering trust and collaboration at every step.
  • Regional Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with regional head offices to provide tailored support for specific accounts, ensuring a seamless experience across regions.
  • Opportunities Identification: Recognize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, and proactively communicate these with the sales lead to maximize potential.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee both international and domestic opportunities within your assigned account portfolio, ensuring a comprehensive and proactive approach to all market segments.

  • Domestic Market Insight: Strong knowledge of the domestic shipping industry is essential, equipping you to navigate the market with confidence and authority.
  • Analytical & Persuasive: Possess sharp analytical skills coupled with the ability to persuade, ensuring informed decision-making and effective influence.
  • Communication Excellence: Exhibit outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly and engage with stakeholders effectively.
