What You Will Do
The Omni Relationship Manager plays an integral role on the Omni team and is responsible for providing stellar service to all clients by interacting with them frequently via phone, email, and sometimes in person. You will also be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of client data across multiple databases. Your main objective is to ensure that our service aligns with their needs.
As an Omni Relationship Manager within our Client Services team, you will interface directly with asset management clients as the face and voice of eVestment, while also having responsibility in analyzing data sets within the industry and working in Salesforce. In this role, you will act as a project manager by overseeing project cycle of client’s cyclical and non-cyclical database marketing needs. This includes working cross-functionally to ensure all efforts are done in a timely and accurate way and are in-step with the client’s expectations of their database marketing strategy.
What We Expect
5-7 years of similar experience in the investment or asset management industry
Superb interpersonal skills and experience building relationships - both with clients and with team members; must be highly comfortable with client interaction and exhibit strong customer service skills with the highest levels of professionalism
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task; must also possess keen attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently; aptitude to self-direct and set priorities in a dynamic environment
Personal accountability and ability to manage conflicting priorities
Highly proficient with MS Office, including advanced Excel, Powerpoint and good database skills
Tech savvy
An understanding of asset management terminology as well as eVestment product knowledge would be a plus
You must also be amenable to work the 2PM - 11PM Manila (EMEA Time) throughout the work week and at least twice per week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
What Would Be Helpful
You will have a bachelor’s degree in a field of study that has given you some exposure to the Financial Services sector or a similar background, or actual experience of working within that sector. As importantly, we are looking for proof of your passion for client interaction by providing excellent client service and project management. We would like to hear about how you’ve successfully prioritized multiple projects and managed heavy workloads while simultaneously putting client needs first.
