Manager/ Associate Director - US Partnership Tax
Afternoon Shift
Job Responsibilities:
Need Relevant US Partnership Tax experience for clients in Private equity or hedge funds
Ensure team operates effectively and within SS&C guidelines and standards
Build client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business
Enhance Staff Development
Planning and New Fund Setup
Assist SVP with review of offering documents and partnership agreements in conjunction with counsel.
Maintain High-Quality Communications
Education / Experience
Undergraduate degree in Business preferably majoring in Accountancy.
Relevant US Partnership’ tax experience, including significant experience with diverse Sub K issues and alternative investment structures/products, along with an in-depth knowledge of the alternative investments industry.
Proven leadership qualities, ability to run a business unit and tax expertise in the alternative investments area is mandatory.
CPA, EA and/or MST, JD preferred and a definite asset.
